Being an artist is a journey of risk taking and creative discoveries. Here is a sample of my most recent works.
Floruits
A batik of bright summer blooms created on winter days when I craved warmth and sunlight!

Winter Evening Glow
My interpretation of the colors of a winter sunset bleeding across the woods from the sky.

Summer Peaches
The Peach Truck is here! I always have plans for jams and upside down cakes, but once they ripen, most get shared and eaten right off the counter.

The Trail Calls
The sun dappled pathway leads into the woods.
20 × 32” $490
Garden Study
This is a lovely batik done from sketches I worked on at my cousin’s beautiful beach house on the cape in Massachusetts.

Lesley’s Eggs
This is my most popular batik so far! I have quite a few good friends that raise chickens so I have done several versions varying the color of the eggs, directions of the shadows, and angle of the table.

Solar Flare
Wildflowers with wild colors and wonderful shadow shapes! 24 × 24” $450 Gallery Wrapped

Creating a feeling, not constrained by reality.
